Hey everyone! Thought I’d share a quick and easy zucchini recipe with you all that I have been making for quite some time now. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
3 to 4 zucchini
Shredded cheese
Olive oil
Italian seasoning
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375*F.
2. Wash zucchini before slicing off the ends and cutting them in half long ways.
3. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
4. After drying off each zucchini slice, lay them out on the cookie sheet with the round, outer skin facing down.
5. Apply a thin coat of olive oil to the tops of the zucchini slices.
6. Sprinkle the zucchini slices with shredded cheese, before adding some sort of seasoning, if desired.
7. Bake for 15 minutes.
8. Enjoy!
