Landscape prep done. Now I just have to wait for my seed of harvest.

now if I can find a hose long enough. Builder did not put external bib on the house, probably because its on a slab.

So where is your water source for the yard?  And which type of grass was seeded?

Good question and here are my answers

1. Garage has a hose bib along with a utility sink.

2. I have no idea on the seed. Hopefully the Penn State mix by Pennington seed.

Had planned to snag some at Agway along with milorganite but pulled my back cleaning up the garage. Took a pain pill so now I am pretty useless. Which describes me 5 days out of 7 anyway.

I'm guessing that's a type of fescue that far north.  The lawns around you look nice.  I doubt 'Summer Grasses' are common in PA.  Put the water to it and let it grow!
