Hi guys,
Some of you might know me as turbo500 over on vacuumland and Chris on Hooverland UK. I need a bit of help about my washer. I'm not a total novice when it comes to washers and dryers. I know the basics - avoid Indesit, stick with Miele etc. But at the moment, I'm on a budget.
My apartment came with a washing machine already in it - a Beko WM5100W and it's not particulaly good. It's loud, takes a lifetime to do 1 wash, doesn't fill up via the fabric conditioner compartment AT ALL and so the softner compartment just clogs up and it doesn't always spin. So we're replacing it. I just was curious as to which washing machine I can get that's fairly decent and under £250. I don't expect it to last me 20 odd years like my Mum's old Zanussi, but at least something a bit quieter that washes well and does everything it's meant to. I've read a few reviews online and I'm stearing well clear of Beko, Haier and Indesit but everything else seems to be a bit too expensive. Any ideas?
many thanks,
Chris
