AEG Heatpump Dryer Condenser Matrix Cleaning !?

Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

The pedestal washer is sold seperatly.

It does not have a drawer, but you can turn AutoDos off and just toss detergent in the drum. As it should have a recirculation system it won't be wasted either.

Importing will be costly in terms of shiping and warranty will be questionable. Given those retail at 2600€ here, you might rethink that.
But yeah, electricly these are compatible.

78l would even be great for 4kg wash and dry, but keep in mind that intails long balancing.
And keep in mind that you will need service if something major goes wrong. It has AutoDos, a touchscreen, an inverter heatpump and inverter motor and quite a special balancing system.

Spray the bumps away !

Ok so as instructed by H I bought a spray bottle and sprayed thru 2L of water in about 8 tranches - looks a lot better - let’s hope it works better too! . 4 pics per vacuum , post vacuum and 2 post wash - lots of yibbles fell down and were pumped out - wish I had asked the question long ago! Such a simple fix 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

How to clean it

Hey Folks,

I have an 8 series AEG Dreyer, it is still under warranty. From what I saw above you use a water spay bottle to spray the Condenser Matrix, and afterward turn the dryer on a cold cycle that will suck up all the debris in the water collecting compartment.

By the way, i tried as much as I could to clean and vacuum the condenser matrix, and i have been doing this more than once a month for the 2 years that i own this dryer. Is this normal for a machine that I have had for 2 years? From what i see there is a lot of lint that is hardened inside the matrix way back where a brush cant reach it, and i am concerned it might block something if i follow the steps, should i wait for the service of AEG or I should clean it myself?

Can you guys give me a step by step instructions on the cleaning you did?

THank you in advance
