I have a handwritten cookbook with about 600 recipes. My own, ones I revised and some I just copied. I made a copy for each of my children and my siblings the year my demise was predicted. Nothing is numbered and my daughter Kati numbered her pages, set it up in menu sections and made an index. (Of course she is my new favorite) I'll have it copied, three hole punched and send it to you.
