It has been a while since I have posted anything. My shaky hands are shakier than ever, but maybe the pictures from a new phone I got last month may help. I found this stunning, barely-used Frigidaire dishwasher last summer. It wouldn't run through a cycle due to timer motor issues. With help, the drive gears on both timer motors were replaced, the machine was tested and eventually installed in the kitchen in St-Liboire. I've been using it regularly and have been very pleasantly surprised by the results I have been getting. The Regular Wash cycle is what I use most but the Pots And Pans cycle has blasted off crud that the Whirlpool would never have coped with. I had a ton of dishes to deal with this morning and I challenged myself to cram them all in...

60 minutes later...

Sparkling clean everything! I do like having the flexibility of loading large items in the bottom rack, but I have learned a few tricks to get items like bowls into that tiered Frigidaire upper rack.

I am especially pleased with the large cutlery basket and how well this Custom Imperial washes the cutlery. I had a Custom Deluxe top-loader with a Super-Surge was arm and it didn't do anywhere near as good a job!

Even though the 63 Whirlpool is still in the basement (it needs a bit of tweaking to fix a pump leak), I think this Frigidaire will be around for a spell!
Bonus that I have the 62 Flair range and a Canadian Frigidaire Imperial Cycla-Matic refrigerator in St-Liboire.

Dumb question but who coined the term BobLoad? Heard and read about it in various forums in the archives but can’t pinpoint who came up with that term.

My parents had this exact dishwasher in the same color. It matched their 40" Flair range, and side-by-side refrigerator.

Frigidaire!

My Aunt had a similar model but it was more basic from around 1970. It did a decent job cleaning but was no power clean. The racks held a huge amount of dishes! I used to love to load it.
Best of Luck with it
