Any secrets to fixing this issue? I raised the front fridge feet which helped if I only open the door about 45 degrees, but any more than that and the door swings completely open. I'd like it to stop at 100ish degrees. I thought about adding shims under the front of the fridge but I don't know that running a fridge that's not level from front to back is a good idea. Let me know if it's ok to do, or if not I'm wondering if there is something I can attach or add to the door stop or the metal piece so it stops the door sooner.
This seems to be an issue for a lot of newer fridges - why not make an adjustable stop?!! I didn't have this problem with my 2006 GE bottom freezer fridge.
