Um, Actually....
I'd be very, very interested if that was local to me. I grew up with a bottom-mount 1958 GE Combination, and I'd happily live with another "upside-down" model, as my brother once referred to the GE. This one is also early enough to avoid the dread, blah white or Almond handles matching the paint color.
The problem here is, of course, transportation. A fridge really needs to be transported upright, meaning a U-Haul truck, plus it's Winter, no minor consideration here in the Midwest. Lansing to Waterloo is over 500 miles, and the roads could be - um, fun - all the way.

P.S.:
I do spot one problem - the door rails are not present on the freezer door, meaning the little aluminum gallery rails that keep things in place on the door shelves.
That could be an easy fix or an involved one; only in-person inspection would tell you for sure.
*EDIT* The more I look at that interior photo, the more I see. The grille is missing at the bottom, just under the freezer door. And I don't see a meat-keeper pan anywhere.
Here's one in Iowa City that seems to be complete, but she's suffering from severe yellowitis on her door handles and grille, plus the asking price is on the high side at $225.[this post was last edited: 12/11/2013-20:19]
