Amana stove microwave combo

Well this thing won't win any beauty contests but I sort of like the utilitarian look and the 70s flip clock.

 

What year was this made, anybody know?

That kind of reminds me of the Frigidaire microwave/range unit that my aunt has in their beach house. But I think theirs has a digital electronic clock and coil burners.

Theirs I would assume is from 1986 since that's when the house was built. I don't know if they still have it or not. I really liked that back panel light. My aunt didn't even know it lit up until I showed her.

That Is A Beautiful Range, Classic And Timeless

The cook-top glass and lower oven were built by Corning, The MWO was Amana.

I think worth every bit of restoring!

Seems like this is a very neat range, plain-looking, but great, along with the refrigerator, to make a nice set... And hopefully the cooktop & each oven can still remain all-around useable...

However, the non-working clock would have to get working again, if you were to want to use the timed-bake, as well as the self-cleaning...

Dead Clock

The SC oven can be used without a functioning clock,

 

For the timed bake you will just have to tell Alexa to walk in the kitchen and turn the dammed thing on and off, LOL
