No it's not '30s vintage and the seller seems confused with regard to its whereabouts, not to mention the price had better be negotiable for this heap, but check out the rest of the ad copy. 

 

I didn't bother to post a picture.  It would just pollute the archives.  If we had a Scrapper's Square forum, that's where this thing would belong.

I really think that was a typo..... Odds are it should read WORKED when unplugged as in it was running prior to being unplugged. Got to admit it looks to be in rough shape priced way too high.
