Whoa!

Let's just home the next owner appreciates MCM styling.  A "flipper" could totally wreck this time warp.  Love, Love, Love the kitchen cabinets that do not extend to the floor.  Also love the ceramic mosaic tile walls in that bathroom.  Someone must have really loved their home to have preserved it like this.

Issome nice vintage Thermador appliances in that kitchen...I think those cabinets are StCharles.Did you notice the steel beams in the basement...it sure aint going to fall down!

Now that is one of the coolest if not the coolest house I've ever seen in my 61 years.

That home should be preserved and have "Sheer Look" Appliances especially Control Tower Laundry Machines in that kitchen.

Damn... That house is perfect. (for me anyway)

I know the listing agent. He specializes in mid-century modern properties, so I'm confident he will have no problem finding a buyer who appreciates the existing assets of this house.

1962. This had to be the pinnacle of American interior design. The layout, spacing, colors, accessories. I also liked the part where the ad said, "with laundry and TWO BOMB SHELTERS!". . . One is just never enough. lol. Les
