Is the button programed to order the same product over and over? Do you browse on line instead of looking at shelves for new products or better prices or just keep buying the same thing over and over? Seems a good way to lock in brand loyalty. Small upstart brands may never get a chance. I'm sure that isn't cheap.

After learning of their business habits, and seeing how they treat employees and customers, I won't give them another dime.

How lazy can you get? LOL
I've never purchased on Amazon directly, I always have hard times figuring out what the shipping costs are and how it works amazon or non-amazon suipplied etc, amazon here also have a quite poor offer, listings are put in a weird way it's really bad structured as a website, primitive and uncomfortable layout for me.....too bad cuz I'm sick and tired of ebay, but amazon is just too bad developped and it makes me lose a lot of time contacting assistance to figure out the shipping costs, if will do intl shipping, if not and other things. Ebay is just more immediate and everything is smoother and more comfortable....
As for the button, I don't meet often folks who buy the same thing over and over, and those who buy online often is for saving matters only, at least here, as prices vary and you may have new cheaper offerings I wouldn't want to stick to the same seller or same price forever....

My money is on this little gimmick's brief existence. Most people who use Tide can pick it up easily at any grocery store.

I don't have wi-fi myself, but my Internet connection is limited to one device, a desktop computer. I suspect the person who'd like Dash probably has had wi-fi for years by now.

I can't imagine a house without WiFi personally.
But I can't imagine a need for the Dash yet though.

I saw that some days ago and Darryl and I "wasted" some minutes discussing the pros and cons, along with lots of laughs.
My conclusion is: when you think people can't be lazier, someone comes to show it can be worse... MUCH WORSE!
I can see only one pro for this high tech panic button: A button programmed for toilet paper delivery, but only if amazon.com uses that drone delivery service and guarantee the delivery will take no longer than 5 minutes and the drone will pass through the bathroom window.
But anyway, I'll get those buttons only because they are cool and would look nice on a wall in the laundry room, right above the washers, but I'll probably never press the button.
Exactly the same way lots of us have that Tide battery operated brush or that Tide ultrasonic stain "not" remover or those silly Tide pens. (I still looking for a Tide Buzz)
What comes next?
Maybe underwear with a "stink sensor" that will order Glade or Febreeze automatically when the user releases some "natural gas"? Amazon fart-o-matic... Not a bad idea for some people I know. ROFL
