Currently using up the Amway SA8 liquid and don't find it any better than the products in the supermarket. It definetley is not clean rinsing like they claim and gets very foamy in hard water. Anyone else ever found it any good for good rinse and wash results compared to the likes of Persil and Ariel? Its £10.50 for 50 washes 1.5 litre so is dear compared to supermarket products.

More expensive than Persil AND hard to rinse? Use it up and good riddance. Amway is and always was a pyramid scheme running on marginal products with a lot of huff and blow behind them and little/nothing else. A tablespoon (FL) or two (TL) of STPP can help with both the performance and foaming issues. It's only $3 a pound online.

I've used SA8 and just about every other detergent known to man. I've bought it from the Amway lady since 1991 and never had any issues, and super clean rinsing. After using just about everything, I use three detergents: SA8, Charlie's Soap, Tide Original (non-HE for the scent-reminds me of youth), and BIZ booster. I find that Amway's fabric softener is the only one that doesn't leave residue in my dispenser.

STTP

As far as I am aware there is no such product in the UK available regarding STTP.
However delicate liquids seem to rinse better than the standard liquids anyone else found this? The thing I like about the Sa8 is it smells very similar to Daz.

Havent tried Amway or heard many good things, but Golden Products (GNLD) is pretty good. My mom and I use their Super 10 multi purpose cleaner as our stain remover spray, and it really gets those tough marks out. Their oxygen bleach powder is also very good. We get ours from a friend who sells, and she says their washing powder is very good, as its all she uses now.
