I wish Anne Bancroft was still around. I feel like she was taken way too soon. I am sure she would have made motion pictures into her 90's if she could have.
This is a scene from "Gorilla at Large", 1954.
I have enjoyed everything that Anne was in.
Just thought I would share this short clip of her beauty.
Life goes by so fast.....

Ahh yes, those great Hollywood kisses.....

Closed mouthed - without all that slobbering on each other. Truly one of the godesses of Hollywood.

If any of you want to experience her greatness...

watch the scene between Ms. Bancroft and Bill Pullman in "Malice". It's her only scene and just a few minutes long but it's the lynchpin of the story and she will blow you away. She pulls the same trick in a movie with Bridget Fonda that "La Femme Nikita" was based on. A truly great actor.

She was good

And he was Cameron Mitchell. No, not the character played by that hot hunk, rather the actor himself.

Married(to women) thrice, had tons of kids and insisted he was straight as an arrow.

After the way he walks out of that scene without even adjusting his, er, trousers, I have me doubts...
