Another Fabulous General Electric find........

Two of my friends attended a local auction in my neighborhood that I had decided to skip. Got a frantic call from them that there was something very special there and I needed to come quickly and take a look at it........They, of course, know I collect vintage appliances and cars and radios and TV's, but finding this was something very special! I never even knew one was made...........

Its a 60's GE portable refrigerator on wheels! Great for a patio or den, or roll it to where ever the party is!

Side view, and the best part about it all is it still works! Almost completely silent, and runs very little. Im going to use this on my patio and then roll it onto my sun room when needed. What at great idea from GE!

neat gadget! Looks like a lot of fun! a bit of mid-centry styling too! Now, just wait, a Japanese or chinese company will bring one of those out in a few years, and claim that it's a new design!
