Boy, that thing must tool around the floors with the ease and breeze of a Wheel-Away, so fleet of feet.
Seeing the elevation on the wheels made me think of the "high pants" we used to wear back when, showing our ankles.
The Innards are truly sinful, and in my book, Portables Rule!
What amazing Karma you're reaping after sowing so much of it here all these years.

A good satisfying dinner read.
Especially noteworthy were:
The discussions on water temperatures of 120 versus 140 and how to save 10% on monthly energy bills
The Flex-o-dividers and the one side tilting ability of the upper racks. Really cool, but the greatest learning was--
The Flash Drying option--brand new and big eye-opener for me. I'm going to try it on the my next load. (Just remember to keep a light on in the kitchen if flash drying at night : )
Surprised not to see time sequence charts. Maybe in some of the other literature ? Would be eager and fun reading, esp. the soak and wash sequence.

Hi Mike, the 20 Series Service Manual has all the complete cycle sequence charts for every cycle on all 20 series models, including this one. Fred and I were standing over the dishwasher reading the chart the other day on his iPad as we were washing its first load here.
I LOVE the fact that even the "Low Energy" cycle heats the water in the first pre-wash to warm the machine. While that process didn't work out so well in the Youngstown and Apex dishwashers, I have a feeling the results will be far better from a KitchenAid.[this post was last edited: 8/19/2013-18:57]

Low Energy Heat: I saw that too, that every cycle starts with the 150 degree heat up. Hope you guys saw the section on 120 versus 140 at the water tank. Veddy interesting.
Also like your single rinse on Rinse & Hold; otherwise what's the point?
Every now and then, with only a few dishes and a double rinse on the R & H cycle, I've tossed in a little soap, and Bingo: one wash, one rinse, and they're clean.

Have you guys ever seen charts like this? 36 or more "EVENTS" in the Heavy cycle, and then pre-event times, too. It'll take me a few readings to master this; remember I'm only a novice dishwasherophile. This is amazing stuff. Many satisfied thank yous for the link and the challenge to the intellect it offers. Look at all that math, L O V E...... I T.
The "DWELL" event has me confused: the HOLD position on conventional timers first came to mind, but that really means "motor off;" then pause came to mind. What do you guys think DWELL is all about?

Not a dream, but a feeling - and here it is a week later, wow again. Weren't you rubbing your eyes or picking them up off the ground when you found this? Nevermind - I need a drink (of water).
