This is the 2nd nearly brand new vintage dishwasher we found at the estate sales this year. This little diamond in the rough today turned out to be a hardly ever used KDS-20. Here it is when we found it today for $55...

Here it is home and all cleaned up, included a reversal of the front panels to white. It still had the plastic coating on the chrome end pieces.

It's just beautiful, I suspect it was used only once. The interior door label was never removed before the first wash. We were able to peel it off and save it.

Fantabulous!
Very nice guys, look at that shiny wash arm & filter system.
Love how they kept the names like...
Sure temp.
Load as you like .
They use that in recent or not to long ago literiture.
Are you keeping this one Robert..
Enjoy in Hobart happiness.

WOW!

A Superb fine surely must = a Kitchenaid Superba ;-)

That machine looks absolutely stunning Robert, although I have to admit Black panels look all the better on the machine (more serious look). I'm glad you were able to get for so little. Use it in good health

Please excuse me for asking, but is this machine the newest you have in your collection?

I for one am looking forward to seeing the first load of dirty dishes you put through the machine!

Ye Gods!

I can't believe you've found another Rip Van Winkle "sleeper" item - I would have thought you and Fred had found everything there is to find in Minneapolis, up to and including Mary Richards' old Mustang.

Congratulations.

Whoa!

I'm always amazed at how well-preserved items exist in your neck of the woods. What is it with the Minneapolis mindset? Down here in the South the motto is definitely 'abuse and discard'.

Congratulations on a sweet find. And, that gas range next to it (in the sale) looked to be interesting, too.

Pretty amazing Robert and Fred what you guys find, but I can't believe you left that beautiful Magic Chef gas range behind, LOL.

From the looks of things I don't think they cooked or washed dishes, in all likelihood it was all that eating out that killed them.

Smitty and I will be in Minneapolis this coming weekend, hope to see you guys, John.

Wonderful!

That dishwasher can take the flower pattern right off the dish! Looks like the only thing it DIDN'T come with is the box it came in from the condition it's in. Look at the shine on that filter! Wow!
