another tag dish wash question

this time its a tag dw mod wu404 not the belt drive
the heat coil wont heat the water even during sani cycle? the coil will heat during dry but not was or rinse? bad timer or switch??

Is there a water heat thermostat in the circuit? Check the wiring diagram, if there is one.
