It was sold here mid 80's by Servis UK albeit a badged model made by said company in Israel. It connected to cold fill only for a bio profile wash as standard . Then when using cold pre wash you switched the heater off . A neat little unit available in white or brown door trim .

As for the water connection, even though I don't know it I think that having such a big element you can connect it to cold water without problems...
I know Siltal sei units were common to be installed in yachts and or boats.
Perhaps was the same for those...

Oh cool, although there is one small issue with mine,
The heating element appears to be electrically leaking, so I’m wanting to try and find parts for it, would anybody be able to help me?

The hole for the element looks like is the standard size for all the dishwasher elements, guess is a 1800-2000watt one but you can read specifics on the tag.
You can try to measure it and start looking up online for something that fits, chances are you might get something slightly bigger or smaller.
But if it fits and don't touch any moving parts or Internal parts it should work fine anyway.
Check first if the electric leak is not because of a water leak near the connectors or element ends.

I’ll have a bit of a look
At the moment, I know it’s an electrical leak as anything grounded To the same electrical circuit becomes electrically live and I don’t think it would be a water leak, And in regards to the hole for the element I think it actually might be a little bit smaller than the normal size, not sure
