I might be dragging in a mid 60s double oven next week, I figure it will be a project, but it is a TOL model, big tall brushed aluminum backsplash with a fluorescent light, meat meat thermometer etc.
Anyone ever cooked on a Monarch range????

Its certainly different..
Of course you know I like different,,LOL, its a 36 inch, which is somewhat odd, and it has infinite heat control Chromalox units, the bake units have baffles over them, odd for 1960s..I don't know how it will turn out, so we will see...
