I'm trying to track down the manufacturere of our 1971 WasteKing dishwasher (photos are in Thread# 16132). I used the info in the manual, which led me to Anaheim Manufacturing, phone# 800-669-8925, email [email protected].
They responded:
"Years ago, a company called Masco made all the Waste King products. They have sold off the line to different manufactures over the years. I do not know what company they sold the line of dishwashers to. You can call them to see if they have it on record. Their phone #800-735-4328."
I Googled that phone number and eventually found thermador.com, and wrote to them on their web site. They responded:
"In response to your email, you may contact Waste King at 800-669-8925. They will be able to give you further assistance."
That circular reference is obviously no help, so I turn to this knowledgeable forum
. I'm just trying to 1) give a compliment to a company that made a good product, and 2) find a home for said dishwasher other than sending it to an appliance recycler or the dump.
