Hello
I was fortunate to get a pretty clean working Filter Flo from someone's vacation home. It's started getting noisy with a rubber rubbing squeaking sound. I would like to get it completely overhauled. Anyone do professional appliance restoration? Or anyone recognize this noise and know what it probably needs? The noise is during agitation.

and in the front

look in the front too. All 4 corners have the rubber snubbers that sort of clamp tightly on bare metal. They should be grease-free, and they aren't always quiet while spinning.

What year is your machine?

Ok.....sorry for the delay.....lets start with some basics.......you say it makes the noise during agitation.....can you remove the agitator and let the machine run, does it still make the noise?

sometimes you can use vice grips to pinch off the filter flo hose from behind, this will help locate the noise better.....for the most part these are quiet machines....
