In case you guys need parts, there's a place here in Elmer, New Jersey. He has many new and used parts, He was a Speed Queen Dealer/Servicer since 1961 and has many parts new in the box, also, He is an Authorized Maytag Dealer/Servicer, if you happen to be looking for a part, he may be the man who has it.....Give him a call, I don't have his email, but you can get that when you call if you need to send him a pic...
Mr. and Mrs. Buff are wonderful people, and I have bought many appliances off of them over the years, great knowledge and service, you could talk washers with him all day, sometimes I do, this coming January they will have been in business for 50 years........
just a hint: they have a Maytag A612 washer with SUDS saver, a rare find for this model and year, under $200.00, and a few GE filter-flo's that are inexpensive, can't decide which one to get for my collection, if anyone is interested give them a call......
