I know vintage appliances are much more substantial than newer models. Should I be concerned with the overall weight/ load on the floor of my kitchen from a Flair and vintage G.E. fridge?

I wouldn't worry, unless you are living in a tiki hut, or similar.
When I was younger and still living at home, I thought about getting a waterbed for my room upstairs. I was concerned that it might weigh too much, but when I was talking about it with a co-worker he asked, "Can you hold ten people in your room?" to which I replied, "Yes," and there was my answer.
