After reading the decoration thread, my coworker and I started talking about Christmas tree's and she mentioned that there had at one time been a Silvestri outlet store in the Chicago area and I did some googleing and apparently, the miniature light was introduced from Italy to American via Chicago by one Mr. Silvestri and Black's Park Avenue (oh, sorry, Saks Fifth Avenue) in Chicago.
