Some of you may know this already.
She is the aunt of Truman Copote.
If any of you remember the Christmas Trilogy that Copote wrote called "A Christmas Memory," she was his aunt "Snook."
She raise Truman for about 7 years of his young life.
She was also a writer, and became famous for her Fruitcake cookbooks.
Jay Leno would ask her to come on his show to teach stars how to cook. She was such a hoot, telling off anyone such a Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise, etc. that they decided to give her a Ask the Fruitcake Lady segment. I want to say that she is almost 90.
