One kept one's

KitchenAid attachments in the cabinet, and one's KitchenAid food preparer atop. This was, (what a surprise,) sold separately.

This is really neat-now only if they had the mixer and parts that go in the cabinet--.

This cabinet was probably welcome in kitchens without cabinets or counters as was the style in the 20s when much of the prep work was done at the kitchen table which was back-breaking if you were standing, or the drainboard of the wall-hung sink. That's wall, not well.
