I've got one of those with The Sears nameplate on it. They are great little air conditioners. Mine's a bit older though, and I believe it is using R12 freon. It resides in the window of my workshop shed, and keeps it nice and cool in there during the summer. I've measured duct tempratures out of it in the 38 degree range!

You'll definitely enjoy that!
