Special Note to Members Between the ages of 13 and 17: While all members are to treat each other with respect, any member who is a child (between the ages of 13 to 17) who is disrespectful in any way to any adult member on this site will have their posting privileges removed immediately.
Profanity: Public Forums: There will be no use of profanity in these forums. This behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate suspension. Private/Upgraded Forums: As these forums are for adults only, profanity will not result in immediate suspension; however, consistently using profanity is something you may want to consider. Your reputation here can be based on many things, but what you say and how you say it is near the top of the list.
Sex/Vulgar Subjects and/or Pornography: Public Forums: The posting of anything sexual, either pictures or text, will result in an immediate ban of membership. Private/Upgraded Forums: The rules are slightly more relaxed in the private adult-only forums, but under no circumstances are any pornographic or nude images allowed to be posted anywhere on this website.
Discriminatory Posts: All Forums: There will be no homophobic, racial, ethnic, gender based insults or any other personal discriminations. This will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate suspension.
Posting Items For Sale: While members may post items they are personally selling non-professionally, members may not post any ads or links to for-profit businesses or organizations they are associated with without specific permission from Alan (admin). This website will provide no mediation for any sale transaction that is not fulfilled to the buyer's satisfaction. By purchasing items posted for sale by other members of this site, you agree that you are solely responsible for verifying the seller's references and ensuring that you trust the seller before making any purchasing decisions. Any seller who posts items and the webmaster hears of transactions that have gone bad, that seller will lose their posting privileges.
Posting Quality: There will be no text-message style talk allowed in the postings. A minimum of 20 words per post will be required in most cases. On occasion, this rule will be waived for members in good standing. However, any member who continually posts threads with minimal content will be warned and may be banned if the behavior continues. As for spelling and grammar, I am the first to admit I am terrible at both. I go back and look at some of my old postings and think Wow, that was a dumb spelling mistake. But if I try to get it right, I go back and proofread at least once, if not more. I still make mistakes, but the point is I try to get it right. Everyone makes mistakes, and I won't be a grammar and spelling freak, but for those who constantly make tons (and I mean a large, undeniable amount) of mistakes, you will be warned to try harder, or you won't be welcome to post here anymore.
Inflammatory posts or Personal Attacks: Public Forums: There will be no posts meant to offend or hurt any other member, in a manner that is offensive or inflammatory. This includes flaming or instigating arguments. Private Forum: Again, if the webmaster feels that a user is abusing the privilege of openness, they will be warned, and if they continue, they will be banned.

Spamming is not permitted; please keep all your posts as constructive as possible.
Warez, or any other illegal transactions, may NOT be linked in any shape or form.
No subject matter will be allowed whose purpose is to defeat existing copyright or security measures. If a user persists and/or the activity is obviously illegal, the webmaster reserves the right to remove such content and/or ban the user. This would also mean that encouraging the use or continued use of pirated software is not permitted and is subject to the same consequences.
This forum has the right to alter or delete any post deemed offensive by the webmaster. The webmaster has the final word on any posting in any forum.

Avatars/profile pictures must be in good taste. This means no vulgar or violent images, pornography, sexually suggestive material, nudity, or profanity. Avatars that are found to be inappropriate will be edited or removed at the discretion of the webmaster.
Members may have only one account/username on this forum. There is no need to have more than one; being caught with multiple member names or accounts will result in the immediate banning of the user and all their accounts.
Any impersonation of a user from these forums, in any mode of communication, is strictly prohibited and will result in a ban.
If a thread has been closed or moved and you have a question about its location, please private message a mod or admin before starting a new topic or posting a duplicate of the original topic. We will be happy to provide you with information on the new location or a reason why it was closed and/or removed.
