The floor is as "vintage" as the range. I wonder if they'd make a package deal on the two?

My friend Jay has an Avocado Hotpoint, but his is less the clock and window. It's original to the condo building constructed in '72. It hasn't had much use the last 25 years since he split with his ex. Doesn't like to cook, and most of his hot food is packaged, heated in the MW.
