AW ipad cola bug?

Hey fellas,

 

Is anyone else experiencing an odd bug on their apple devices on aw?  

 

I've checked several platforms, my laptop (windows), my phone (droid), and my tablet (ipad mini) and this problem only affects the ipad.  For some reason, there are random colas that take over the background of some threads making them hard to read, but on the phone and laptop everything is normal.  What is up with this?

That seems like a Safari bug Will, did you try restarting your iPad?

That graphic is not from on the aw.org server as far as I know.

Have a coke, while it's rebooting ;-)

I've Had Something Similar

happen on my iPad, Robert. Except, instead of the cola, the page is covered with either the green star in a circle next to upgraded members names, or the E in the box next to the member name. I did try closing all apps and rebooting the iPad, but it had no effect. Both times, the issue went away by itself in a couple days.

I use my ipad all the time and so does Fred and we've never seen it do this. I'll have to keep a close watch.

Did you try clearing Safari history and cookie data (from the settings icon)?

Safari History and

Cookie data. You know, Robert, I did not do that at the time, but I do both as a matter of course with some frequency. It's entirely possible that I cleared both out of habit and never associated that with the problem fixing itself. If it happens again, the first thing I'll do is clear history and cookies and see what happens. Thanks!
