lawrence - you have to wonder, if they're remodeling with more vintage appliances that are different but equally cool looking and functionally great ? hopefully, sanity prevails here.... I like different styles, though - so it depends. I would keep that stove!

ANOTHER One?

For a long time, GE Spacemaker 30s were the rarest of the rare - we'd seen all of one around here. Now they're popping up with some regularity!

That one's nice, even if it is pank. It appears to be very original and unmolested. Wonder if the Automatic Calrod still works? And if the accessories (griddle, meat probe, etc.) are still around....

were those oven handles painted pink? It looks like half of the right side is worn off...?

Handles

The handles were not painted, they were chrome. What we're seeing is a reflection from across the room. Separate note - the refrigerator seems to be missing both crisper drawers.

Cool fridge and stove

If I had the means I would buy that stove to go with my 1957 GE fridge which is the exact same color and model as the one in the ad (except that one is a 1956 model) Just awesome ……PAT COFFEY
