Bail out petition

Thanks to a thought placed in my twisted little head by a similar thread, I went searching for a petition site to protest the bail out plan suggested by the reigning village idiot. Wanna sign it? Cool. Have a suggestion for different wording? Lemme know! This is OUR money the fool is playing with. I know some of you may not give diddly squat about +/-$2500, but most of us do!!!

Petition No bailout of rresponsible borrowers/lenders

As an American taxpayer, I do not wish to fund the bailout of those borrowers who were irresponsible enough to borrow money for properties they could not realistically afford, all things considered. Nor do I support bailing out the lenders who irresponsibly gave these buyers credit.

this is what I did today.....

I sent an e-mail message to my Congressman and two Senators telling them I did not agree with the bail-out, its a bad idea. Don't know if it will help, but its worth a try.

Wonderful, but I would still suggest "signing" the petition! Generally, a lot of names at once, versus lot of singular names, is more effective.
