Makes me confident we're not the only two who are thinking about Kelly these days, and that his recipes are being followed by many, as much in honor of him as for holiday self-indulgence, which is exactly what he'd be promoting.

I was baking tonight which I normally don't do, but they are Christmas Gifts and thought of Kelley.

I would Marvel at his threads with the pics of seems like Thousands of Cookies, Pies, Cakes, Tortes, Tarts, and Pastries.

And he only did it with one Dishwasher !!! LOL

I baked 2 Cheesecakes, 2 Pecan Cream Pies (Thanks joeekaltis)"Cookin' old school" and God Bless ya too. That recipe has been a hit on Cape Cod

And Thanks to Kevin313... Chocolate Pumpkin Pies have been on the map here since 2012.

Thanks to a Great Bunch of People. Miss reading Kelly's threads, but most of all

I miss Kelly too. And have been baking quite a bit of & on since I got my KA Pro 600. I use that for big or heavy duty jobs and my 4C for medium to small jobs. It's nice having 2 mixers. I know the holidays will be difficult for Kelly's family, not just Christmas and not just Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving was such that it was the first without him. Christmas, ... and I no doubt realize his church misses him too.

I believe Kenny Goatfarmer had that machine and GregM aquired it. I bought it from Greg about 4-5 years ago.

Needs some work. I must get my butt in gear.

It is a pretty machine especially when lit up.
