I saw those at ABC Warehouse a few years ago, they only have one water hose inlet, so HOT or COLD, your pick, when you install it.
You could use a “Y” connector attached to the inlet valve, then attach both the hot and cold water hoses to the “Y” connector and control the temp at the facuets. Fill with hot or warm, then when wash fill is complete adjust the faucets for the rinse temp. Not fully automatic, but does solve the problem of being confined to one temp only. Or just leave both the hot and cold taps open and wash and rinse everything in warm water.

My mothers '58 Kenmore Cycla-Fabric had one inlet and a Y hose had to be used and set the temp on the faucet, not H W C, but however you turned the H & C to be your right temperature you want. DID require you being there with the washer when operating, something nobody bothers with now .
I bought a WP version of this washer at Lowes that had been damaged. Paid less than $100 and harvested it for parts - motor, transmission, pump, etc. Good investment. I've not seen them with a single water valve, but it doesn't surprise me. I wonder how many just connected it cold water and called it good?
How funny my wife's friend and roommate have this very same washer in their trailer: Along with a bells 'n whistles Hotpoint that dried the stuff in it better than the washer washes it! (Yes, u wanted to show you the lighted drum--someone get these gals a Kenmore Elite!)

Single Inlet Valve ?
I never saw a WP built DD washer with a single inlet valve.
WP did build some BD washers with single inlet valves as well as some portable washers.

I believe I saw it, I remember looking at the timer and seeing no temperature control and then subsequently looking at the back of the machine and seeing only one hose inlet. I remember being astounded at the concept of it. I believe it said for the hot line to be connected.
ABC Warehouse had to be the last store that had new WP DD machines(outside of the ThinTwin of course), this was probably in 2012-13. They also had White-Westinghouse FriGEMore small door machines around the same time. ABC occasionally comes into old stock that manufacturers can't sell and thus it allows for their low prices and slogan, "The closest thing to wholesale."
