Looks nice and I bet it's from a summer home. Which means low use. ( Maybe 3-4 months a year)

Looks like the dryer might be a little nicer on this one, with the wider door.

This set is slightly newer than the other set I believe. The dryers are pretty much identical except for the door. The washer in the other set is nicer, it has a presoak in addition to pre wash.
