here it is, my recipie

Yorkshire pudding

preheat oven to 425
spray 2 muffin pans(for 12 puddings) with PAM or other non-stick cooking spray

into your blender container put:

2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup AP flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

Blend on medium-high speed til smooth. Pour from jar into muffin pans, filling each 1/2 to 2/3 full.
Bake for 25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Serve when hot alongside roast beef

Gary the recipie I have states you bake the yorkshire puddings while the roast stands after coming out of the oven. I usually cook the roast at 325 degrees, so once I take that out of the even I up the temperature and once its preheated in go the puddings.
I'm not always the best at timing, no matter how hard I try I always have something that gets to the table late(usually its the vegatable because I forget to start the microwave) but I can say the 25 minutes these take to bake do give me time to do everything else(make gravy, mash potatoes, carve the roast...) and get everything to the table at one time.
