Beko full size dishwasher drying and rinsing

i picked up a beko full size dishwasher thursday off of www.freecycle.org and apparently it wouldn't drain or fill i poured some hot water in then it pumped so i plumbed it in infront of my indesit iwb5113 and i put it on it filled and wizzed around for 20 mins i could hear the water sloshing around but then it stopped ( i was given some tablets i do not no the make ) so i opened her up and the bottom spray arm was covered with foam so it did two rinses then made a buzzing sound as if a water valve opened and no water was going in i put it on prewash twice to rinse it out im wondering if it only does two rinses because my nans does 2 cold rinses and a hot also it drained from rinse 2 and just made a buzz noise in the book it says its a hot air dry and it comes through a hole in the side should i be alarmed that it only does 2 rinses or is it normal

On my Hotpoint dishwasher on the normal 65c wash it dose a pre rince, a wash, I cold rince and a final hot rince.

You could check that the water inlet solonoids are not just in need of a good cleaning.
