On Cottons cycle my old WM1541W took ages if Quick wash wasnt selected. So my guess yours is the same

cotton 60 is about 132 mins
cotton 90 is about 127 mins
cold is even longer
aclass 40 is about 186 mins
the 30 minute cold quickwash is 30 mins
and synthetics 30 is 89 minutes the same as my cotton 40
synthetics 40 mins ish
and synths 60 is 106 mins
the rinse program is one rinse witch is softner rinse

As mentioned by others in previous threads there are four elements that make up efficient laundering.Chemical action, mechanical action time and heat. If one of these is reduced, at least one of the others need to be increased. On my machine 60 deg cotton is shorter than 40 deg. It kind of makes sense that Beko have lengthened the times on the cooler/cold cotton cycles.

I have a Beko 5120 - Cycle Times
Most of the time I use the Quick Wash Button when I do a wash on Cottons/Synthetics, but after the wash has finished I rerun the Beko on Rinse again with conditioner in Because the quick wash only gives 2 rinses instead of 3. And my old Zanussi FJ1225 you used to be able to select quick and super rinse at the same time giving you a short wash with 3 rinses instead of 2.
I do use the long washes for really dirty loads, I washed my mums white bedding on the Intensive & Stain 60*c cycle as it had red hair dye on it, 2 Daz Tablets a long wash of 2.5hrs at 60 got the bedding spotless and it was very white.
I do think though if you use the long wash cycles for dirty loads or stained items, then it helps, most of my clothes are light/normally soiled so I feel a long wash isn't necessary, although sometimes I do wash alot of clothes on Synthetics 40*c which takes 1hr 40 minutes, or about 55 mins on Quick Wash.
