Managed to fix the pump, water seal is good and tight but it seems to be that you fix one problem and you get another one. The pressure switch has gone defective as it doesn't switch the inlet solenoid off and the machine fills and fills and fills.

I am suspecting that the rubber disc inside has perrished, I removed the pressure vessel and the tube from the vessel to the switch and all are clear. Does anybody know where I could source a new pressure switch.

Many thanks
Matt

Blow it

Hello Matt
If you blow into the pressure switch you should hear the switches change contacts as the pressure rises and falls, if it doesnt do this then it is a safe bet its gone.

I am not familiar with pressure switch used in these machines, but you should be able to substitute a more modern one, though you will have re-set it for the water levels
