Bendix Automatic Home Laundry Phase 1 Model B

I have a Bendix Automatic Home Laundry Phase 1 Model B. I am looking for information on it. Anyone interested in these?

Looks like it might be a pre-WWII model. The emblem on the front is a pre-war style, or possibly very early post-war. This cabinet style of the Deluxe models was introduced in 1940, the first major revision in styling since the 1937-38 premiere of the fully automatic washer.

i saw on this site the owners manual for the bendix (i think the original) and the picture looked just like mine...is there much interest in these. from what i have found out it could be one of the first. as it stands it has just been living a dull life in my basement. it needs a new home.

That machine is from around 1941, the earliest models were 1938, which have a different look.

If by interest you mean value, those Bendix machines are relatively common and can be found much easier than other early automatics.
