Which Led Zepplin songs did he play in? No Quarter? there's a a funky song on Physical Graffitti that sounds like him.
Actually Jason...i was just naming a few other great groups of that late 60's early 70's era. Billy to my recollection never played on any Zep album...the keyboards were done by the bass player JPJ.

OH ok... But I know he played on Heartbreaker by the Stones. That distorted banging on the electric piano is good ol' Billy.

Billy was...
....one of the greatest Hammond organ players to ever grace the keyboard! He played on lots of Gospel records as well as pop. A great Artist that will be sorely missed. Mark

Great musician, and another one lost
by the foolish use of drugs. Damn I remember in high school how "in" drugs were, and what a geek you were if you were not into them. Then of course the 80s it got even worse. Our drug culture and associated "do whatever feels good" leads us to this. Great artists and talents dead. This guy was only 59. He lost 20-30 years of his life, add on another decade that he likely lost in ill health.
