Never trust a realtor... when we moved here 15 months ago we looked at a very nice near new built two story house just outside the city limits sitting on 3 acres surrounded by farmland. For some reason the house wasn't selling and in the end we decided against it, bad vibes. About two weeks ago in the local paper there was an article on this huge, supposedly the worlds largest solar farm to be built here starting this year and there was a picture of that house which is now being used as the office for the company building it. We'd have been surrounded by hundreds and hundreds of panels on 4 sides for hundreds of acres.

The other scary part is they're gonna pay this company 43 cents per kilowatt? I can just see our electric rate skyrocketing since we're currently paying bluewater power about 6 cents per kw how do they expect to make money? Somethings fishy
