I'd sure like to take a closer look at those Blackstone Washer consoles and lid instructions shown in the POD.

Randy, what you are seeking can be found in Ephemera, the 1972 Blackstone washer & dryer sales brochure. I downloaded it 10/29/2017 when it became available in the library.
There's also a 1972 Blackstone washer service manual on AutomaticE which has the details on all the models.
The buttons are 1) Regular/Permanent Press, 2) Soak with Spin, 3) Soak with Save, and 4) Water Saver.
Two timer cycles. Regular on the upper range, Permanent Press on the lower range. Button 1 applies to both cycles. 2, 3, and 4 apply only to Regular. Water Saver ends the cycle before the deep rinse, thus providing only spin-spray rinsing.
Someone years ago posted brochures for washer model BA-902. BA-902 is featured the same as BA-825 but the console layout is slightly different and not lighted. A close-up of the BA-902 console shows better detail.

Here is the sales sheet for the 902 model. I have all the sales and service literature for Blackstones, since my father and I used to be Blackstone dealers. You can see our stamp in the corner of the last image.
