Pic 5. From my best friends apartment upstairs here is a accident on the block.
Why people come out is beyond me.
Sorry the flag, but you can see the cop car.

They left with your gloves!?

That's just awful. No good deed goes unpunished, as they say!

Don't be greedy, Darren

send some our way! We just keep getting little snow storms and then the next day -poof- gone. Frustrating for a snow bunny like me.

Hopefully the guy will bring your gloves back later, I imagine he was preoccupied with the problems of the day.

OMG Darren,

WOW what a difference from the last time I was at your place!!! Looking at your pictures brought back great memories of hauling that Hobart Dishwasher and packaging it during the wee hours in your basement......Eh!

I hope all is well with you and staying warm...

Funny here in the west coast in Victoria is Sunny - clear - warm!!! Flowers are starting to have buds and birds are chirping :)

I guess the warm spell we are having might cause some grief with the olympics in Vancouver (they need more snow..) Maybe someone should package all that snow in the East Coast and sell it to Canada for the Olympics...lol

Let's go all on west coast !

Hi Darren, here in northern Italy since december it's not very different from there in Philly.

I was very envious of those AW guys staying with short sleeves @ Kevin's wash-in in California ... anyway reading Bob about this premature "spring" in western Canada is rather worrying !

Same up here in Belchville. We had wind-driven snow all night. The snow on the roof at the front of my house is so deep that the windows on my dormers are half-covered by snow. I am waiting for the cold to form a crust on the snow so that we can go sledding. Talk about counting blessings. Our neighborhood has electricity. 100,000 PEPCO customers are without and it is getting really cold outside.

We got the same here in South Jersey....if I never see snow for the next ten years I'll be happy.......

I tried making Snow Angels in the driveway.....mine kept showing up with a Tail and Pitchfork!!!.....I must be doing something wrong

Actually I think all this SNOW is my fault.....I was trying to do a RAIN dance on the front porch.....guess I should have kept my clothes on?.....there's a method to my madness!

Thanks guy's i like the four seasons, this is the time of season to regroup for me.
They say this is the second storm in history to break records today at 24.5 inches.
They said Pennsylvania from PECO 156.000 people was out of electricity, but got it down to 460 which is good i guess.
Hey you guy's I'm sure philadelphians would not mind if you you want some snow there complaining all ready !
Well for sure i would had rather be in the U.K. or Italy for a storm like this and you guy's can stay here be my guess
The gloves where cheap it was just the principle, but like one said it was the stress i believe.
Canada must have been the best place this year, unlike where i am where some people who are just an hour away dances with no clothes on and stair up trouble here in the east cost ok please dance now for some sun lol.
Here is the rest of today.
This is how deep.

A friend of mine

had her flight from Germany to Philadelphia canceled and is now working her way in, gradually, with many stops.

It seems to me that the current weather situation is, if not conclusively, at least a clear indication that global warming is not something made up.

Nice pics,
We also got a nice storm here in Pittsburgh, in our area we got 21"
We are lucky to have power, last I heard Allegheney Power had over 200,000 outages ome customers were told not to expect service to be restored until next Friday.

Here I a pic o me pulling out of grandmas driveway this morning, I was headed to the store to get stuff to make a cake. I asily plowed through the 21" with the Town Car, had lots of fun driving.

From Behind

I am still a fan of rear wheel drive. In the middle of a snow storm is no time to be learning that vagaries of front wheel drive. LCTC is the only way to go. A co worker called it that and I asked what he meant...Lincoln Continental Town Car. It took a while to get used to Linoln after years of driving a Lincoln Coninental
