A friend of mine used to have a Kenmore TL washer/dryer set that I think were Elites. They were kind of a blue or light purple color and gray and they both had windows in the lid/door. My friend has an old home from the 1920s and the washer and dryer are just off the kitchen, so I think they purchased these because they wanted quiet units.
Anyhow, she ended up having a lot of trouble from one or the other and I remember her talking about how much trouble it was getting them fixed.
There was so much trouble I wonder if it didn't turn her off Kenmore. Everything else she had was Kenmore, a white/black Kenmore stove, stainless Kenmore Elite side by side, and stainless Kenmore Elite dishwasher. Only the OTR microwave was not Kenmore I think it was a black Quasar.
I don't recall what she replaced this washer/dryer set with but they were not Kenmore. She also replaced the gas range and OTR microwave with stainless steel ones after that and I think they are GE. She also had a Kenmore Progressive upright vacuum and last I was there I noticed a Shark Rotator, not sure if that replaced it or not.
But anyhow to stop rambling, does anyone know what model these were and did they have a lot of issues with them? I would guess they were around 2006 models if not 07 I know she had them by 2007 or 2008.
