I recently got this , obviously never used , still in the box , old black and red wiring , no moulded plug , I presume it's never had a plug on it.
Anyone any idea of date ?
Not sure what to do with it as nearly all my twin tubs and wringers also boil!

Blooming heck Lance, I would reckon that to be mid 60s at the latest and possibly even older than that. The very earliest boilers has a lid which came down over the outside of the boiler, rather than the sit on type that this is. I immediately checked the switch, the later boilers had one which was flatter, wider and blue.

My Mum had one just like this, bought around 1962 except hers is did not have the cut out as far as I can remember
