Whatda Want To Know?
Looks like a "Euro Pro" or some such system.
Have a semi-commercial (made in Italy, branded "High-Steam"), portable vacuum table, and various commercial steam irons, and find results (once one can be bothered setting things up), quite good.
However since one does most ironing as "dry ironing" (ironing damp laundry dry with a non-steam iron), the system gets very little use.
In response to your query, there are steam boiler irons, and there are "steam boiler irons".
Commercial versions produce hotter, dryer steam, and quite allot of it. This not only gives better ironing results, but means less work as one does not have to go over an area several times to flatten even the most stubborn wrinkle.
Some home versions of these systems produce steam ranging only slightly "drier" than normal irons, or better but still "wetter" than than the above.
Ironing time will depend upon how much water the resevoir holds. You also need to know if the thing can be refilled while the tank is "hot" or do you have to wait for it to cool. Commercial steam irons have tanks that cannot be opened whilst hot because the things are somewhat under pressure. If you do open that tank, VAVOOOM!
