Who likes it?

I've got the sparkling pomegranete and orange blossom one, got it for £3 from tesco (on offer till 4th August 09)

cleans really well, got fake tan stain out my favourite white t-shirt which i'm happy about since someone sprayed fake tan in my face at a club lol.

very impressed with the cleaning and scent of this gel =]

might get the lavender and camomile one too

Very impressed too. I've tried the Ruby Jasmine one also.

I also tried the Ariel Non-Bio Almond Milk & Honey Excel Gel, which was on introductory offer in Morrisons for £1.98 (I haven't seen it for sale anywhere else). It also cleans excellently despite being non-bio and smells great too.

Bring on the Daz Gel! :-)

Ariel Non Bio Almond Milk and Honey

I would have thought that they re released ariel non bio with this scent as a false marketing ploy as the tablets and powder smell like early 2000's ariel non bio

Lavender Gel

Nope not impressed in the slightest with this concoction.

Succombed to the £3 price tag and staff discount at work and thought it would be not so bad for the £2.70

First load was coloured towels which I expected to come out with some kind of relaxing lavender scent but after a 80 degree wash the scent had all but evaporated.

Wash 2. Load of coloureds on a 50 degree synthtic wash.
Got up this morning after drying work shirts and trousers on the clothes maid. All were stiffer than boards and the static control was useless on my polyester trousers. Been electrocuted all day although the scent was not so bad.

Wash 3 which has just finished was a load of jumpers washed on 30 degrees which have the best level of scent but still rather harsh in texture so I popped them back in with my trusty Comfort Aloe Vera.

The scent of the Lavender 2X liquid is far nicer and longer lasting although again softness leaves alot to be desired.

Cleaning is average but nothing I could really depend on long term nor something I would use on whites.

Daresay will use the remainder of it on woollens,

I've tried the ruby jasmine coupled with the matching lenor, so far its the only gel thats not completley foamed up the washer and set off the foam sensor.

Got out some easy stains, but have yet to try it on some tuff tomarto stains which the other gels couldnt get out.

Mostly i like it cause its in a pretty bottle and the liquid is pink :D

Bought some of the new persil aloe vera 2x with the matching softner today :D

Lavender Gel

I got some Lavender and Camomile Bold 2in1 Gel today from tesco for £3,

load (sheets) used this without conditioner, Cottons 50*c
sheets came out with a lovely relaxing lavender scent, dried them in the dryer as it chucked it down, put my sheets on the bed, my mum came in the room and she told me she could smell lavender, i told her it was the bold 2in1 gel that i bought.

lovely relaxing aroma on the bed, can't wait to get tucked into bed, i'm yawning as we speak =]

washed my dads white t-shirts today, was caked with loads of stains, and they were spotless, did these on a cottons 40*c.

Overall, cleans brilliantly and has a relaxing scent

my mum says she wants he sheets doing tomorrow with the lavender gel

I tried the Bold gel a wee while ago, unfortunatley as with all the gel detergents ive tried I got dreadful suds lock and got shouted at by my Miele to "chk detergent" at the end of every the cycle. I think it's the soft scottish water, as I had only used the minimum recommended dose. I tried under dosing but things didn't come out clean enough. I gave the Ariel non bio gel ( I've only seen it in waitrose here ) to my sister and she had no probs with it at all in her Indesit.

I've got me a bottle of the ruby jasmine! The scent is lovely. I used it on whites on synthetic 40 in the zanussi with super quick. I found it very foamy but the programme was a half load and the machine hardly stops to pause so it kicked up a alot of suds! But the zanussi doesn't do a spin after the wash and immediately tumbles from the start of the fill on the first rinse on synthetics so the foam died down and the first rinse was just very cloudy. I like it and will try it again with a full load on cottons and see if it's less foamy!
