This is the 2. time I come here for help for the same washer. By the way, so far I wasn't able to get someone who knows how to fix the first problem . The first problem being the door-lock.

Now on top of it I saw there was water under the washing-machine and after I turned off the water to the machine it stopped of course. But I didn't have this problem before . So I was wondering If I could get help again , so I can at least guide the technician when I get one.

Anyone can imagine that I am getting really frustrated now. To have a 11/2 your old washer with so many problems and nobody to fix it. I resend the fact that Bosch isn't making sure that people get properly trained. So much of German engineering.

Below are the details of the previous posting....help is very much appreciated

My 1 1/2 year old Bosch washing machine beeps 2x when I press the start button.

Usually the start/pause button blinks right after I finish programming , it doesn't do that anymore ,just beeps at me when I press it.

this is a Bosch Axxis+ stackable WAS24460UC

I bought it at Sears, but so far the Technicians have no clue what's wrong.

On the photo you can see how the start/pause button isn't red after putting in the program.

Yes, I made sure the door is closed and closed it several times without any results. I also pulled out the detergent-drawer, it is clean.

I don't know what else I could check ???

Did you try looking for a repair manual? Would it be better for you to have a repair business look at the machine? I hope this experience with the crap Bosch machine, makes you rethink getting another one. You'd be better off with a Speed Queen or Whirlpool Duet. I suppose, if the machine don't work, bust it open and see why.

Water on the Floor

Well, I think this machine might have the AquaStop feature built into it.  With that in mind, if you are seeing water on the floor, I would imagine that the AquaStop Sensor is aware of it as well and could be preventing the machine from starting.  So, I would first investigate the source of the water.  You reported that after shutting of the water at the faucet, it stopped on the floor.  Perhaps you have a hose leak in the back of the machine.  Of course a leak on the outside of the cabinet probably isn't gonna trip the AquaStop sensor.

In any case, solve your water leak problem and the other issue may clear up as well.
